Like an air blower. I put my face between my legs while sitting on the John, wrap my legs around the back of my head, and start blowing like a keyboard duster until I get dizzy. Then I keep on puffing and blowing until all my poop comes off or becomes a crusty solid on the cheeks. That's How!
